Washington Professional Home Inspector School is new to the home inspection training industry, but our years of experience in home inspections and the education field enable us to provide home inspection training sessions to fresh and experience candidates with excellence.
We provide excellent instruction and hands-on training for potential home inspectors. Our course provides 120 hours of classroom and optional 40 hours of Field Training required by Washington State DOL.
With an HVAC background, Wes has over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial services. After working for one of the largest refrigeration recycling companies in the US for 12 years, he refocused on general contracting and has experience in remodels and general repairs for the past 20 years. His honesty and integrity have helped him become successful and highly regarded by many customers. His eye for construction and HVAC issues has helped him easily identify issues and potential future problems that homeowners may encounter. Wes is eager to share his wealth of knowledge and help mold future inspectors.
Nathan is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI and has a passion for education. With over a decade of residential construction and remodeling experience, it’s a safe assumption that Nathan’s knowledge of the industry is extensive and reliable. Nathan understands that not everyone shares the same familiarity with home construction, and that’s why as a professional home inspector, he takes every necessary measure to help his students grasp the basic knowledge required to be great inspector, but to succeed as a business owner.
